Please read the following information carefully before booking your trip. These policies ensure transparency and safety for your experience with Huaypo Adventure.
1. Details required for booking
Please book once you have all details: names, passports, nationalities, and ages. If any member does not have a passport, please wait until they do.
Important: The name and passport number submitted will be printed on your travel permit. After purchase, we CANNOT change this data. Inca Trail wardens check this information strictly.

2. Arrival in Cusco and Acclimatization
It is recommended to arrive in Cusco at least 2 days before departure for acclimatization and to make the final payment. Ideally, 3 days prior ensures better adaptation to the altitude.
3. Payments and Deposits
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required when booking. Once received, we will send the confirmed services voucher within 24 hours for your approval.
4. Student Discounts
Valid up to 25 years old with an Original Student ID (with photo, details, and expiration date). You must send us a clear scan when booking. If not sent on time or the original is not carried on the trip, the adult rate will apply.
5. Child Discounts
Children under 16 receive a discount. You must send us a scan of the child's passport 3 days before accepting the booking.
Modification Policies
- More than 30 days before: No penalty.
- Between 15 and 30 days: 20% penalty.
- Less than 15 days: 30% penalty.
Note for Inca Trail: Passport number changes are only allowed up to 5 days before.
Cancellation Policies
- More than 30 days before: 15% penalty (administrative fees).
- Between 10 and 30 days: 20% penalty.
- Between 2 and 9 days: 50% penalty.
For Inca Trail (Strict):
- More than 30 days: 50% penalty.
- 15-30 days: 70% penalty.
- Less than 15 days: 100% penalty.
